Tonight I made a Crockpot recipe for macaroni and cheese which I pinned on Pinterest awhile back: http://www.pinterest.com/pin/108719778476730907/. It was very easy to make because you are just putting the ingredients in a Crockpot and letting it sit there for 4 hours on low, 2 hours on high. The original recipe came from this website: http://www.shortstopblog.com/2011/10/best-easiest-crockpot-mac-cheese.html.
What You Need:
- 16 oz. macaroni, cooked
- 16 oz. monterey jack cheese, cubed
- 16 oz. colby cheese, cubed
- 16 oz. Velvetta cheese, cubed
- 1 stick of butter, sliced
- 16 oz. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Do It:
First, spray your Crockpot with a light layer of cooking spray. Dump in 1/3 of the macaroni and a few chunks of the cheeses and butter, followed by another layer of each, and ending with the last bit of macaroni. Pour the milk over the macaroni and cover. Cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours.
